    Eligibility

    Hosanna’s Little Angels provides childcare services for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. Enrollment and participation require consent and agreement from a legal parent or guardian.

    Service Offerings

    Our programs include full-time care, part-time care, drop-in care, and school-out vacation programs. Availability is limited and based on enrollment capacity. We reserve the right to modify our programs or schedules at any time with appropriate notice.

    Payments & Fees

    All payments are due in advance, as outlined in your enrollment agreement. Drop-in and hourly care services require a 2-hour minimum. A one-time registration fee may apply to new families. Failure to pay may result in suspended services or cancellation of your child’s enrollment.

    Cancellation Policy

    We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations of hourly/drop-in services, and a 7-day notice for cancellations of school-out programs or special bookings. No-shows or late cancellations may be charged the full session fee.

    Health & Safety

    All children must undergo a health screening before entering the facility. We reserve the right to refuse care for any child showing signs of illness. In the event of an emergency, our trained staff will follow the safety protocols outlined in our Care & Safety Policy.

    Website Usage

    By using this website, you agree not to:

    • Use it for any unlawful purpose.

    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site.

    • Copy, duplicate, or reuse content or branding without written permission.

    Limitation of Liability

  • Welcome to Hosanna's Little Angels!

    We are committed to providing a safe, caring, and enjoyable environment for children attending on a drop-in basis. Please review our policies and procedures to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

    1. Eligibility and Registration

      All children attending as drop-ins must be registered with Hosanna's Little Angels and have completed a Drop-In Application form.

      Parents/guardians must provide emergency contact information and any relevant medical or allergy information.

      Drop-in care is available on a space-available basis and may require advance notice.

    2. Drop-In Limitations

      Children may attend no more than two days per week as a drop-in.

      Saturday care is available with a 24-hour notice.

      A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to reserve your spot. This deposit will be deducted from your child's childcare tuition if you attend; if you do not show up (no-show), the deposit is non-refundable.

    3. Arrival and Pickup

      Children must be signed in upon arrival and signed out upon departure.

      Parents/guardians or authorized persons must pick up children promptly at the scheduled time.

      Late pickups will incur a fee of $1.00 per minute, per child after the scheduled pickup time.

    4. Health and Safety

      Children must be healthy and free from contagious illnesses to attend.

      Parents must inform staff of any medical conditions or allergies.

      Children exhibiting symptoms of illness (fever, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, etc.) will not be admitted or may be asked to be picked up immediately.

      Staff are trained in first aid and emergency procedures.

    5. Behavior and Discipline

      We promote positive behavior and use age-appropriate discipline strategies.

      Children are expected to follow staff instructions and respect others.

      Any concerning behavior will be addressed with the parent/guardian.

    6. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

      Ensure the child arrives healthy and prepared for the day.

      Provide any necessary supplies (diapering, extra clothing, bottles, etc.).

      Notify staff of any special needs or concerns.

      Keep contact information up to date.

    7. Food and Nutrition

      Parents are responsible for providing meals and snacks unless otherwise specified.

      Food allergies and dietary restrictions must be communicated to staff.

    8. Fees and Payments

      Drop-in fees are charged per visit or per hour (specify your rate).

      Payment is due at the time of drop-off or as per your policy.

      The $25 Saturday deposit is non-refundable if you do not attend after reserving.

      The deposit will be deducted from your child's tuition if you attend Saturday care.

      No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

    9. Emergency Procedures

      In case of illness or injury, staff will contact the parent/guardian immediately.

      If necessary, emergency services will be contacted.

      All incidents will be documented and reported to parents.

    10. Privacy and Confidentiality

      All personal and medical information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing care.

      Information will not be shared without parental consent, except as required by law.

    11. Cancellations and No-Shows

      Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

      Repeated no-shows may impact your ability to use drop-in services.
